This policy explains how iServe copes with the returns, exchanges and queries about different services and goods availed by you, being our valued customer. We have set out this policy
keeping in mind the customer satisfaction and ease. Kindly have a look on them if in case, you are facing any related problem or have some concerns regarding the goods and services availed
or in order to avail any of them.

Refund Policy for Services Availed from iServe
In case, you have availed a certain service with which you are not completely satisfied and you want to process a refund, we will certainly do that for you. All the refunds will be processed
within 14 days of filing the request for refund via cross checks or bank transfers. You need to submit a request to our support team explaining the problem you have faced regarding the
service availed and all the relevant other details. Your request will be reviewed, verifications will take place and a refund will be processed. This will be done keeping in view your priority
preference whether you want your money back via cross cheque or money back in your account.

Refund Policy for Good Purchased from iServe
For any purchase, you have made from iServe and you don’t feel satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of your purchase. You just have to take a slight care of these things in order to process the refund against your purchase.

  • The item returned must be unused and unwashed.
  • The tag should be intact and no disturbance shall be made as compared to the original condition of the product.
  • The product should be returned in the packing it was initially delivered to.
  • Do not forget to send the receipt of your purchase along with the product – it will make us easier to verify the purchase and process your refund.
  • The refund shall be processed via bank transfer or cross cheque and will be made within 14 days of us receiving the product.
